Nachtmystium – The World We Left Behind
I definitely agree with Brian on Eluveitie more than Nick. I disagree with Nick that the single “King” is the standout of the album. You mention the lack of “blending” of the music yet there’s no female vocals on “King”. I’m more with Brian that they mixed those folk elements well and that the female vocals are what makes this band something a little different (that plus the hurdy gurdy). I will say about the album that it does suffer from having some filler, both in those spoken word interludes and a few songs themselves.
