Episode 153: Getting Back to Reality

After a fun trip to a land where Nu-Metal is still a thing and an actual fun trip Brian took driving almost 3,000 miles around this country, we’re back with a show featuring albums you probably care about and have a real chance of liking.  Oh, you didn’t realize one of your hosts wasn’t around?  That’s because he’s ninja.  That, and your hosts are crafty mofos. But it was all for your benefit, so don’t dwell on it too much.  Just listen tot he show and the sweet jams within.

  1. Pallbearer’s Foundations of Burden got reviewed in Decibel’s August issue (#118). This was the same issue in which they reviewed Allegaeon, Every Time I Die, Fallujah, Goatwhore, Hour of Penance, Mastodon, Origin, Overkill, and Sabaton. And I agree with both of you guys in general on your review of Pallbearer, but I’d have to side with Nick and give it a 4.
