  1. I’ve been listening to Ride Forth by Exmortus quite a bit and I completely agree with you guys on it. The songs don’t grab you as immediately as their last album Slave to The Sword did. The guitar work is as good as ever. However, I felt when listening to the album that at times the vocals were superfluous. Which can explain why the standout track is definitely the Beethoven cover of the Appassionata piano sonata. I feel like Exmortus should put out an album of all Beethoven. That would be awesome.
