Episode 307: The Haunted, Inanimate Existence, Get The Shot 2017 Album Reviews + Converge Preview

Adrenaline Injection

The bands we cover this week have all stepped up their game from their respective last albums, which is nice to hear.  Yeah, I know we haven’t discussed one of the bands before, but just take my word for it.  Or don’t…go listen to both albums for yourself.  Just come back and comment “you were right.”

  1. I’m intrigued by what you could be reviewing in episode 308 that I would be interested in. Eluveitie? Leprous? Queens of the Stone Age? I might think you wouldn’t be reviewing any of those 3. If it’s not one of those then I’m stumped. I guess I’ll just have to tune in next week to find out!

  2. You must be getting some good stuff as promos lately because the 2 main albums you reviewed this week aren’t even out yet! I’ll certainly be checking out the new Inanimate Existence because I actually liked their last album. In the meantime, I’ll be listening to the latest release from the current title holder of “best progressive rock artist”, Steven Wilson.

    1. Brian: Yeah…guess we goofed in forgetting to mention they both come out this week. Oops! Regardless, we’d definitely want to hear what you think about the IE album, considering we liked this one and not the last one.

Steve Wilson is all you. But we are reviewing something in 308 that I am pretty sure you will be interested in, if you have not heard it already,
