Nick, your limited experience with Deicide’s back catalog still exceeds mine. I don’t have anything against Deicide, but they are just a band I never got around to listening to.
As for things I have gotten around to listening to, it includes a lot of tech death. So I’m going to give the new Irreversible Mechanism a try, even though I was only luke warm on their last album.
