What happens when Slam goes beyond Slam? When Crust/Grind/Metallic Hardcore steps aside the style a little? Or when Black Metal overpowers everything else? We have those answers and more in this episode!

Brian hasn’t even listened to the new Gloryhammer yet! It’s been on my radar, but haven’t gotten to it yet.
Speaking of Aqualamb, they also have Husbandry, which we did for Bands Across America last year. Small world, huh?
Lo-Pan is a band I’ve been listening to ever since I saw them at Saint Vitus a few years ago. They played on the same bill and are on the same label (Aqualamb) as the guys I know in Godmaker. Cool that you checked them out.
You know what this podcast needs? More power metal. The recent release from Gloryhammer is great.
Haha! I’ll take your word for it. I don’t get to listen to enough stuff that I want to check out anymore as it is. We’ve gotta at least try to find stuff we think we’d both enjoy!
Awesome that you knew about, and already enjoyed Lo-Pan! I feel like we’re late to the party on that one somehow!

Since there looks to me to be a lack of quality releases coming out this July and August, Brian may very well decide that Gloryhammer is the best thing to review at some point in the next two months. Be prepared!
