It’s New Year’s! Let’s Argue!

As our final act of 2017, we now present to you our collective Top 30 Albums of 2017!  Feel free to let us know your favorites – or argue about ours – in the comments!

We also want to take this time to thank each and every one of you who listen to this podcast and support us in any way. It is not always easy making keeping up with this show alongside our day jobs and living the rest of our lives, but in the end, we do really enjoy it all.  We truly appreciate all of you who listen, whether you are in a state next door or a country on the other side of the world.

We hope you had a great 2017 and we wish you an even better 2018!

As promised, this week’s show is about our supplemental lists.  A prelude, if you will, to the top albums of the year.  We trimmed the fat this year, so we only have six categories (yeah, there was more), including Best EP, Most Disappointing, and Best Art.  As in years past, the latter is done with a guest appearance from our good friend and kinda-in-house artist Mike Clancey.  Feel free to share your picks – or argue with ours – in the comments!

(Just a reminder: For those of you doing your last minute Christmas shopping on Amazon – which we know some of you are doing – please go there through one of the album links on the side.  That simple click-through will help keep this podcast up and running.  Thanks!)

Alright, since this is going up really late, I’ll keep this short. We have four brandy new albums with four cool-ass songs to go with them.  We also have two live reviews from Brian’s recent ventures into NYC.  All that info is below. Get listening!  (And sorry for the slackin’ in postin’.)
