(Dis)comfort Zone

It seems like oxymoronic to call any Metal music “comfortable”  but I think a lot of us find it comfortable and/or safe in number of ways.  When a band becomes comfortable or safe, though, that can be a good – like they found their “groove” – or bad – like they didn’t try hard enough.  All of this comes up with our reviews, to varying degrees, and we’d love to hear your thoughts on it!

Only the Finest Quality Audio

We have four rather diverse albums for you this week.  I feel like we say that a lot, but just look at them! The styles are all over the place!  But that’s just how we like it, and hopefully you do too.  We also talk a little bit about getting Metal as HD audio.

Some New Shit!

We have some brandy new jams this week, ranging from sweet melodies to chaotic grind and…well, not “everything in between” but there’s a little bit of variation.  We also debut this year’s gimmicky feature, which should be fun!
