Gimme a D

I could make some “D” jokes here, but we do that a bit in the episode, so I’ll try not to go too deep.  It’s really hard, but I also don’t really get off on those kind of jokes, so I’ll just keep them in hand to shoot off another time.  We wouldn’t to blow it before we even start.

(OK that’s it, I swear)

Spark It Up

We almost took a break from Death Metal this week, but we apparently can’t keep away from it!  Our three main album reviews, however, are devoid of the brutality.  They make up for that in riffs…and stoner vibes.

Dream Big and Hit Hard

The last two episodes were busy ones, jam packed with first impressions and live reviews, so we took a step back this week…which was easy since we didn’t go to shows last week.  We still have three new reviews for you, and music for your aural bloodletting, so it’s not like we took the week off or anything.  We just got down to the brass tacks.

After a fun trip to a land where Nu-Metal is still a thing and an actual fun trip Brian took driving almost 3,000 miles around this country, we’re back with a show featuring albums you probably care about and have a real chance of liking.  Oh, you didn’t realize one of your hosts wasn’t around?  That’s because he’s ninja.  That, and your hosts are crafty mofos. But it was all for your benefit, so don’t dwell on it too much.  Just listen tot he show and the sweet jams within.

No, not really.  That’s a joke.  If this show ever sounds like we are trying to go for “radio friendly” hunt us down and shoot us because we sold out.  Anyway, that bit was a not a complete non-sequiter, as you will hear in one of our five album reviews.  And because that’s not enough, we also have two live reviews for shows your super-awesome hosts went to last week. So get comfy because this might take a little more time….but it’s worth it, I promise.
