On My Own, Here We Go

The albums we reveal this week – the last regular episode of 2016 – all have something in common besides being heavy.  They’re released by the bands themselves.  Labels? They don’t need no stinkin’ labels!  I mean, they may want them, but they prove here they certainly don’t need them.

Throw Me In The Chorus

Happy Halloween hangover!  And also happy November?  Geez…how did it get to November already?  Craziness.  Anyway, we’re hear to kick off this month with a new batch of tunes from the end of last month.  In our opinion, they run the gamut from amazing, must-buy to kinda meh, but they largely aren’t that simple to describe as such.  It’s a good thing we have this podcast to elaborate on that…and the comment section fro you to tell us your thoughts on these albums.

There’s Something Lurking in the Show

Yeah, we realize Pig Destroyer doesn’t really sit right next tot he other bands this week.  It was a slow week and we worked with what we had. (The next two weeks are filled with some anticipated albums.)  We’ll just chalk it up to the show’s usual diversity.  You’ll also probably be thanking us for throwing it in there considering a couple of the albums it’s between…I know we were thanking ourselves.
