While this certainly isn’t the first time this has happened, it has been a while since all four reviewed album came from bands that have been discussed on the show previously.  Over that time, the bands may (or may not) have changed, for better or worse.  Your hosts’ tastes have definitely changed some too, also for better or worse.  So, what happens when this all comes together?  Well, go find out…

Bring the Pain and Kick Out the Jams

We’re trying out something new this week with titling the episodes after getting some SEO pointers from my buddy in Deadtide.  I guess time will tell if it really helps.  ANYWAY…this week’s show is pretty meat-and-potatoes with your not-so-dynamic duo of hosts ripping through the standard four album reviews. Continuing last week’s exploration of shit we missed in 2014, we have four more choice cuts from various year end lists.  The difference is that this week, everything is rated higher overall.  Really, that’s good news for everybody involved…especially your hosts since we have to listen to it all.  Rounding out the show, we have our first live review of 2015 – which leads to a discussion about live production – and we discuss albums that will/might/we want to come out this year.
